1. The campaign is pretty fun. I recommend playing it on Medium; that gives the experience the developers wanted. It's about 8-10 hours long, which is longer than the campaign of other FPSs I've played (MW2's is like 1-4 hours, I've beaten the one level in two minutes.) It allows for a lot of tactical gameplay. There's a lot of actions you can choose in those "action bubbles". The plot isn't a bad one, but some of the plot twists make me go "...Meh. Great, more killing to do."
2. Eh, I can't really answer that. I only have the PS3, so I'll compare it the PS3's demo. The answer is yes. None of the features have changed, but the addition of more attachments, weapons, modules, and maps mix it up a bit more.
3. Suit customization? There's modules, but they don't change the appearance of the suit. Everyone wears their faction's outfits on this game. As for adding "your own personal touch" goes... there's weapon skins and dog tags. You can change the skin of your weapon and change your dogtag (the image inside and the frame). So it's no Black Ops in that department.
Overrall, yes. I think you should get it. There's glitches, sure, but that's to be expected from a new game. And, of course, lag is an issue if the host is a poorly chosen one, but for the most part it's pretty fun.
