Should ESO have non-combat skill lines?

I'm dreaming of a nature skill line that would let me communicate with critters, charm a wild forest animal to be my companion for a limited amount of time and (my favorite) a passive that would let me ride my horse/mount without harness...

What non-combat related skills and passives would you like to see in ESO?

Like the languages available in Daggerfall?

Non combat wise I'd like to see smithing and maybe tailoring, with options to spin out things a bit different than vendor bought or mob looted getup.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I'm touting these crafts in hopes of being able to customise the looks of gear slightly - think NWN - maybe my elven sword has a different pommel shape and a blue wrap for the grip. My armour has been altered to be asymmetric and look a bit more gladiatorial etc.

Im sure there will be, like smithing, alchemy, enchanting, etc. So if you wanted you could probably say for example focus on Smithing and maybe keep your sword skill as a secondary so you can go out and kill things to collect your minerals or essentially trade you wares for profit and buy more resources continuing the cycle, if your not into combat?
