I need good reasons why i should or shouldnt buy hearthfire. I watched the trailer on youtube and it seemed pretty exciting, building your own houses etc (with a [censored] dungeon) but should i spend $ on this DLC?

I am on the PC and there are many mods that add houses, but i want something that you can build your own house, so i looked at gamesas's official dlc and it looked promising. I already have dawnguard and waiting for the goddam dragonborn out on PC.
