my current character is kind of running its course, knowing that legendary skills will be available soon im reluctant to put to much more time into it because i already have ideas on what i want to do with them. however, ive been wanting to start a new character since before DLC's got released on ps3 and now i can, i just dont know if i should keep holding off until the new patch or what?

any suggestions?

The patch likely comes out in 2 weeks. I would wait. I'm also creating a new character, and this time I'll do it with a new patch.

have they given a date besides "the end of the month?" i dont want to hold my breath until we have a solid date lol but if its coming for sure soon than i could probably hold off

I don't see a reason to wait. The patch will work on old saves.
