Should I go with this story with all my characters of Skyrim

I've been thinking, since that I'm will be obtaining a Gaming PC sooner or later (Predicted: September), I was thinking of doing a minor story with all my characters I'm recreating.

-All their life, until now... everything has been false, unreal and strange. Each death, they go back to their the moment before their fall. With the realisation that everything stops, no one ages, no one to truly fall in love with. That made all they accomplished a dream, or a inaccurate flash-forward... With no return to their real lives, they seek to find how to... by doing the test.

Short I know but since this is a dream of some sort, all else is unreal=no mods. I already done the male version of my Dragonborn on the Xbox 360, well... nearing his end. I just thought it puts a glimpse of meaning into them rather than deleting the saves.

I'm kinda excited for the mods to be installed hence the reason why mods will perceive as real in my future PC saves with their graphic, blood, faces, texture, swords, more NPC, better followers, six (Not a pervert who wants to have private time with every woman in Skyrim, I want it on for my own scenes of my imagination, E.G: Married to my wife or some kinda of a relationship booster for Serana. Yu know... just to make it... real as it can be as reality, I supposed it's a bit odd for everyone to be a virgin on Nirn), Racemenu, eye texture, werewolf skins, more followers, hardcoe mode, more houses, locations, quests, ENB mods to install.

I still have to do several characters to create and complete, such as DB, TG, COW, VF, DG characters and not to mention I'm still doing my oblivion characters.

Also, what are the best specs for a Gaming PC? I ordering specialists to build nice and fresh for me for quite a low price (Before I buy it of course.)

If I post this in the wrong forum then... well... move it.
