i have this bug since the beginning its basicly when im fighting monsters or dragons when i try to use a shout or a spell they get stuck,
its really annoying and if a shout gets stuck its harder to use it again mostly when i have it with spells i put it away and equip it again and its fixed but with shouting the cursor stays on the shout i am using and i cant switch it to another one
dunno if this was reported already i mostly get them when fighting dragons them im pressing the button to heal or so and then before u notice ur spell is stuck you are basicly already dead
hope anyone can give me info on this problem or if they already have experienced it also.

I had something like that yesterday with a shout against a dragon.
The second time I wanted to use my shout the game said something like "sorry gal, but you have no soul gem" and "sorry again, but you need to equipt a weapon first" Oo
After that, all my shouts where like that.

difrent from what i am having though when my shouts stop working u can see that its not on cooldown either but nothing happens when i press the button
