Forgive me if this is an obvious question with an obvious answer I should have picked up at the beginning: When trying to use a shout in combat, RB doesn't always work. I mean, the shout is recharged. My theory is that low stamina or damage intake while trying to use a shout disables it?

I've had this a few times too. It's annoying and often my confusion has resulted in my death.
