I have plenty of Screens, uploaded to Steam cloud and posted them here. But, I am asking, how do I get my screens onto my computer, say, the desktop so I can use them for other things - such as Forum avatars, etc.

Instead of editing the .ini, you can open the steam library, right click on Skyrim, click view screenshots, and then "show on disk."
