Caileanmor: I use fraps to take my screenshots and use various console commands as well.
TFC : Free camera, game still goes on though so you can die while looking around

TFC 1 : Freezes the action so can move camera around however you want it with no worries about taking dmg or missing a particular shot (timing comes in handy--as does luck).
FOV XX (where x is whatever field of view you want): lower better for close ups, higher widens image but distorts like fisheye lenses)
SUCSM X (where x is speed--used with tfc/tfc 1): It slows down or increases camera movement rate so can get in closer without changing FOV. Lower slower it moves, higher faster. Great for close ups or simply to remove unwanted 'trash' from the shot without too much stress (like some small clipping issue or random grass/leaf in the way)
SGTM X (x speed again): It slows down/increases time 'in game'. Can just watch the 'grass grow' so to speak if you want--I enjoy watching random encounters with it sometimes as you can see the game differently when its slowed down. You can also see some really cool details/nuances animators put into it you would otherwise miss out with at 'normal' speed.
TCL : Turns clipping off so you can walk on air (or underground/through walls). Don't use it much but can be used to get shots you otherwise can't manage as flying isn't a normal feat in Skyrim
TGM : Toggles god mode -- Useful for combat shots as don't have to worry about dying

Don't really use it when playing for real--just a serious cheat but come in handy at times when I don't feel like having to worry about getting hurt when using regular tfc and just watching things (I'm bit of a 'voyeur' in the since I enjoy watching random encounters almost as much as fighting them myself... probably because its a novel experience compared to most games).
Granted most probably know at least a few of them but thought would add them anyways as those are used daily by me and quite often. I know there are others but can't think of them off the top of my head this late at night

I really wish someone could find a fix for Vampire Lords and TFC

On a side note--anyone know if there's some way to do Dawnguard as a Vampire before getting the quest? Can't exactly talk to the leader when I'm attacked on site (old character and wanted a change). Guess I could always use the command for quest completion to move on to the next part as assuming that would work. If not guess will just switch over to one of my other toons to become a VL later.
