and not one to use.

Why not use them.

I know it need power and a pump of sorts.

That includes sinks (I know we can use some) baths and toilets

I knows its not The Sims game but they're there why not use them.

Going into water that is not clean is not healthy.

I know I found it disappointing that the showers in the Institute didn't work.

From an RP perspective, to someone from the Old World who has been living in the Wasteland grime for months a hot shower would be a Big Deal. To the point that it might even have an impact (albeit minor) on the decision to support the Institute or not - if only by making the Institute seem more "normal" by the SS's pre-War standards.

It's far from the end of the world, but definitely a missed opportunity that they don't fire up and issue clouds of steam, I think.

They have water animation during the decontamination, so I don't understand why they didn't use it for the shower. It was breaking some of my immersion when I can't turn on the water at the Institute.

Only power and signing npcs to work.

Little bit bare bones but it works.

Just wait for Creation Kit to come out.
