I just download Cbbe and I want to adjust my character but when I do I lose the vampire eyes is there anyway to make it so I can alter my character and still keep the eyes?

eh i don't think so, some of the vampire status will be erased or wont work properly, you may be able to still use the abilities and such though... your best bet is to go to the face structure in Ragged Flagon, I think that will work, and i don't think you wanna dd the vampire lord spell via console, its very buggy that way...

You got Dawnguard? i assumed so because you said you are a vampire. if you do have it downloaded then go to Riften where the thieves guild hangs out and near where Tonilia sits you'll find a High Elf, who will change your appearance for some gold.

She will not work on Vampires. Likely for this same reason.

Oh well, sorry for the giving wrong information, I never used her to change my character in my game so i didn't know.
