hi guys i cant figure out how to get past the part in shriekwind bastion where there are 3 handles and 3 pull chains. any ideas?

The right most one closes the gate at the way you came.

The left most one closes the gate out of the handle room.

The center one raises the gate to the next area.

it seems like any way i go in that area with the pull chains leads to the beggining and further away from my quest marker in cleansing light
