I'm in the process of searching, but if anyone knows where (if there is one) the Shrine of hircine is, could you please let me know? thanks!

Go to Falkreath. Speak to the Blacksmith there. he will give you a quest.

There is no shrine. You have to do a quest in Falkreath.
