Talk to inn keepers. They will direct you to Falion, who can cure you of vampirism.

Or one could just go to Morthal and find him themselves. He's kinda hard to miss.

I believe you have to speak to an inn keeper though to start the misc objective to go the Falion. I think if do not speak to the inn keeper, and go straight to Falion, you will not have a dialogue option about curing your vampirism. Though, I do not know from personal experience, as I am a Werewolf, but from what I have read on the forums and wiki, you have to speak to an inn keeper.

Nope. I just went and found the guy and the quest started after I talked to him.

all my god , when you are a vampire yes you cannot change your appearance cus you stay the same way before you were bitten or contracted vampirism , many films and books explain the regeneration of the vamps skin , eg:Interview with the vampire when the little girl cuts all her hair and it grows back instantly , . im a ps3 user and found out bout the strange mage in the ragged flagon who can change your facial features and read she cannot change a vampire facial features and completely understood , i myself got cured cus i am lvl 81 and would like to change my facial features before i become a vampire lord

I am not sure if this still works as a VL (PC player here so I have not had the chance to test it) but you could just drink the blood of one of the companions werewolves which cures vampirism but makes you a lycanthrope.

That still works. I was a VL early on in my life and I wanted to do the companions quest line. Lycanthropy cured me of vampirism but right after I went back to Harkon.
