Every time I walk past someone, they always say something like "I don't mean to be offensive, but shouldn't you be in bed or something? You look sick." or "You look worse than i feel" etc...

Just wanna know whats causing this. Its kinda annoying lol.

You probably contracted a disease from some kind of animal.

you have a disease check your active effects

You might be poisoned or something, go into Magic and at the bottom there is Active effects that will show your buffs and debuffs.

Buy a potion of cure disease or go to a chapel/temple and get it removed at a shrine thing.
