Side Mouse Button Won't Unbind?

Post » Mon May 28, 2012 1:40 pm

When I started playing, the sneak function was automatically bound to my side mouse (M3) button- which was really nice, and very easy to get accustomed to.

However, after I did the first dragon and got the super yelling power, that function automatically bound itself to my M3 button. It was a bit offputting, but I went into the controls menu and followed the instructions to rebind M3 back to sneak (select command, press M3 on rebind prompt). But my character just yells with the ghostly force of a murdered dragon and then sneaks- not ideal. I've tried to change it by binding both the sneak and dragon yell functions to entirely different keys and then back to the configuration I wanted (the digital equivalent of "jiggling the handle"), but I seem to be stuck with what is essentially dragon roar tourettes, and I can only watch as it takes a horrible toll on my pickpocketing, petty theft, and not being horribly murdered by groups of bandits career.

Will this be patched eventually, and is there a way I can fix it now?

I use a wireless 360 controller and outside of no rumble support which I would have turned off....it works amazing you can even zoom in and out in third person takes holding the right stick in while moving the left one to zoom in and out. Strange how 360 support for the PC version is probably the best thing that came from this port.
Sorry if I can't help with you original problem but that type of crap was why I decided to use my controller. I understand if you don't have one but just in case you got one laying around...even a wired one should work fine....give it a shot.

Oh and hold A drags things...these dont show up on the bind menu so in case anyone reading is like wait cool you can zoom in third person...took me til level 20 to realize it >.<
