I'm wondering because every Christmas I do a "Santa Claus" character in my Elder Scrolls game and he obviously needs a north pole. I wanted to do Sovngarde but you can only access it once (I'm on Xbox 360) and Signus' Post isn't the most pretty of places. In Oblivion I used Sky Ruler Temple because it was north and it was a great place for the North Pole.

Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Japhet's Folly is further north, but it wouldn't work for your Santa idea. You have to fast travel to it, and once you get there, you cannot leave. The Outpost is indeed the most northern location that is practical.
