Which prison is the easiest to escape from?

Obviously Markarth is out of the question.

I was thinking maybe Riften because it is a small town and the home of the thieves guild.

I read that sometimes there are easy escape routes in the cell, but they are only a one time use. If anyone can confirm that I would appreciate it.
