I have not been able to find the Amulet of Talos AT ALL since the 1.5 update and also I cannot seem to come across Grand Healing either. I know some other spells are proving difficult to get as well and all of the mage sales people have the same stock. anyone else have this problem, and/or a solution?

Amulet of Talos I just got in Solitude, my only guess is to check with General Stores/Clothing Stores the seem to have an abundance of The Nine amulets.

As for the spell I have no idea I'm not a mage so I rarely buy spells.

all spells are sold by college members, your skill just has to be high enough for them to carry it. I'm guessing grand healing is a expert spell and i think expert skill is level 65 so once restoration reaches 65+ then go talk to colette at the college and she should have the spell book

loot the beheaded guy in solitude for a talos amulet but be warned its a quest item and cant be removed or any other talos amulets you find after that until you do the quest

My current character has found two Amulets of Talos by level 28. They're definitely in the game.

Also make sure you get the quest to receive it or else it doesn't trigger right if you start the quest from the daughter, then talk to the mother who asks you to get it. (It'll stay in your quest log)

it's the only amulet I wear anyhow.

Radidant Raiments in Solitude.

When you first arrive at solitude, the guy without the head has an amulet of talos on him. But it's a quest item and you will get a minor quest glitch if you take that.

true but you can use that amulet to cause a glitch to have no shout recharge meter

I've picked up several Talos amulets since the patch. As many as usual.

Well i did just find Grand Healing finally so I know that they are out there, that's good.
