Is there, or can someone make a mod where Sinderion's home in Blackreach is "livable?" Maybe add some mannequins, book shelves, and make the chests non respawning? I really want to LIVE in Blackreach.

I don't know about the respawn flag, but ownership yes. Can also do that in skyrim, at least for containers. As for a cell, I'm not sure, maybe.

What I'm going to do is actually make it so that you can buy a writ from an NPC which will completely revamp the interior with bookshelves, chests, mannequins, labs, etc. Will also have a free version for those who don't care. Only available after you discover it. I will also put in a way to fast travel to it, Probably a portal spell of some kind.

We need a village or something in blackreach, it was by far the coolest area I found in the game.
