Like when a grenade explodes closeby or when you shoot an alien when he's only a couple of steps away. The screen turns black and all I see is something that looks like a screenshot of the explosion on a black background. Also the crosshare is visible aswell as ingame-text. Sound stays audible. This lasts about 2-3 seconds after which the screen turns normal again. [and I'm back at my last checkpoint :(]

Does anybody recognize this??

ps. I have the Crossfire(HD5770) flickering screen problem, the latest drivers(preview 11.4 and CAP 11.3) and a renamed Crysis2.exe (to Bioshock.exe)
