I would like to be able to reset my skillpoints (the points u can put in perks) and use them in some other tree, but I don't want to retrain my character. Maybe someone could make a mod for this? Since I didn't saw this in the cheatlist yet...

I'm sure there'll be multiple mods for it too... personally I'd like to see single perk point resets as quest rewards or earned by some kind of challenge

I advise against using the addperk console command. Some perks added via the console do not work. This is confirmed on the wiki.
