Skill tree of enchantment UP or LEFT ?

i cant decide on whether to skip the fire frost lightning amplifying perks or skip the perk for health restoration and stamina enhancement

(reloaded my save prior to making 100% destruction reduction gear + i kinda need to sweak the robes so in theory i can get 100% destruction reduction + 100% reduction to another school)

besides destruction whats the next best school ? I like illusion because paralyse is boss but im not sure i want to spend perks into it and invisibility is fun so make the school free to cost and profit ?

but then i also has mastered conjuration but i use this school so often i hasn't invest a single perk and would love to cause some chaos leading the dead via dead thrall into whiterun and waiting 10 days for them to respawn in whiterun causing some kind of all out mage/guard war unless 1.7 fixed this in which case BOOO ...

its the twin souls perk that allows me to get 100% casting reduction in two schools because of the enchants on 4 different items = 25% per skill related enchant x2 enchants per item

also what should i enchant on a pair of boot and gauntlets can i get different enchantments if i were to wear clothing boots / gloves instead of armour ?

The spell 'paralyze' actually belongs to the Alteration skill, not the Illusion skill. The choice is hard, both are extremely good sides of the enchanting tree. I am pretty sure that boots and gloves can have the same enchantments as gauntlets and boots for armor as well.

as a magic user, I would invest it into regenerative/hms max perks because so much depends on your magicka regen and magicka pool.

when I'm a fighter, I tend to just leave them alone and only get the pre-split perks because I focus more on smithing and alchemy as a crafter.

except magicka regen only is taken into effect outside of combat + i dont use any spells outside of the destruction school durign combat so only reason i need to increase my magicka pool i for higher level tiers of spells from another school but i may just take that otehr school and free cast it as well in which case wont know what to do with manna if only was a ward cloak ... (i drink potions i has soo many random health potions i need to use and i dont sell em cuz then when i need em they all been sold)

clarify something for me and define outside of combat.

Is it no enemies present in immediate area and don't know you're there? no enemies at all in immediate area (same requirement for rest/fast travel)? or not casting anything? I've noticed that my stamina regen always goes up at the same rate if I'm not doing anything (that includes holding a constant block up). taking a moment to step behind a pillar helps a lot in these situations, and it's been a while since I've used a magic character so I don't know if it works the same as stamina but I'm on the assumption that it does.

The shorthand version: If you see red dots on your compass, you're considered "in combat".

I always take both sides of the enchanting tree to extra effect. I like having elemental resistances over 50% on my dragonplate armor.
