Well Im new to elder scrolls and took me sometime to begin to understand level, skill etc. I still dont understand every aspect but one thing is bugging me. I have a skill level of 30 on restauration but I try to use the heal major wounds spell but it doesnt let me it says that i need a level of 26 in restauration. Im also a novice. Does anybody know how what Im doing wrong?

Are you sure you don′t have your Restoration skill affected by some curse or disease? If it′s red then that′s the case, and naturally it will also be lower than 26. It can be fixed by praying at a chapel, by spell or by potion

No I have no curse or diseases.

what you've said made me realize that maybe I had a level 30 because of and enchanted object I checked I that was the problem!! I have actually a level 24 of restoration

Then I′m stumped :shrug: Willpower governs Restoration so that could have something to do with your problem. Maybe you need higher willpower?
