I don't know what happened, but when I went to level up my one handed skill was red and deteriorated, how do I fix this?

bump. Also, I don't have any diseases, I rested, went to an altar, nothing, still red... help me.

Bump. I figured it out, it went back to normal after a level up in that skill, hope that helps someone else.
