I have completed the Companions quest line a while back. I decided to check in for another assignment and to my great surprise Skjor was back from the dead. I wanted to pick up Aiela as a follower for a while but can't get beyond Skjar who keeps jumping in with the "How can I help you..." I even have trouble leaving the hall because as I turn to leave he begins to talk again.

Is this a known bug? I am on PC and am not using any mods. I have over 500 hours with this character and have had no noticible problems and have had 2 followers who I have released to try others.
