I have a problem trying to run Skyrim through the SKSE_launcher.exe. Basically whenever I attempt to I get an error message saying 'The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable'.

I have installed SKSE as said in the readme.txt file. My skyrim is updated to the latest version. I have moved my steam folder. I have checked in my AV (Norton 360) and that too cannot find the file apparently. I turned off Windows Smartscreen to see if that was the problem, but I had the same problem. When I run the .exe as an admin it says the file cannot be found. I have redownloaded and reinstalled SKSE more than once.

I have searched for a sollution but I have found nothing that works. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As for your issue, try downloading the archive again. It sounds like your download screwed up.
