Why unfair sharing Ukraine? When the regional restriction in Steam will be removed?

And other similar threads. We've discussed it here and on the Steam forums, and so far nothing's changed. I don't know who's the local publisher in Ukraine (1C Company?), but apparently they want all sales to go through them. Frustrating, I know - but what can we do?
