Trying to come up with a background for my Imperial character but haven't really checked into the background of what's happened to Cyrodill in the last 200 years (since it's been Thalmor'd....) to get an idea of the sort of place she's come from. Could anyone point me in the direction of lore than mentions it and what's happened to it?

There isnt that much information.

We know for instance that the White-Gold Tower got sacked during the Great War but we have no idea if and how far it has been restored.

I too have an Imperial character who is from Cyrodiil. I just let my imagination do most of the work.
