i have a problem with my bows and arrows.

Its a little dark i now but i think we can see the problem. I also know its a mod bow but i tried it without any mod only with Dawnguard, Hearthfire and update.esm = the same issue. With every bow and arrow (i tried it with longbow and hunting bow is it the same). The problem is:
when i'm in third person and i "load an arrow" than sometimes my character don't pick an arrow from the quiver. She extends only the tendon. But when i fire it shoots an arrow anyways.
When i have the problem in third person and i go to first person than i can't see the arrow (see the picture). The problem does not appear in First Person only in third person .

And i asked already in a german forum (Word of players) And other users have the same problem. Is that a bug from skyrim?

that never happen to me very strange, maybe happens in German version but that would be Really strange!
are you on PC? do you have any mods?
