Skyrim crashes on "Fus ro da" with patch 1.7

OMG! After playing Skyrim for 98 hours the patch 1.7 has been released and I think I'm getting nuts. When I do a "Fus Ro Dah" shout the game crashes and I'm back on my desktop with my XBox Pad vibrating constantly.

The sprint-shout works and also a "Fus" shout does no harm.

THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING! I don't want to restart the [censored]**g game anew.
Beth, please fix this issue, or make us able to rollback the update.

Edit: Now it crashes on every shout with every save file.... Yesterday everything was smooth and sound... Today, after the patch I want my money back!

Edit2: I've disabled every Mod and performed a file integrity check.

Edit3: Didn't saw another thread about the "unrelenting force" problem. Sorry, for doubling that topic.
The Solution suggested in the other thread is to disable the Realistic Thunder Sound mod ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=19528&searchtext=thunder ). I've disabled that mod in the launcher before, without a positive result. Now I've unsubscribed that mod completely and will check, if this causes me to be able to play normally. I'll report...

Edit4: Unsubscribing from the "Realistic Thunder Sound" mod AND deleting it completely from the DataFiles list did the trick. Man, I was really angry, that my only free evening after weeks of work and study would be so unpleasantly interrupted.
