If you try to go to inventory or use an item like a health potion .. just as you die .. Skyrim freezes up with a hex message and you have to reboot the computer to get out of it. I've had this happen to me 4 or 5 times in the last couple of days and it is really annoying. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

Also .. I have Skyrim on my SSD .. and the hints that display each time you load a level/die .. load so fast you can't read them.
