I did a google search on this issue and a lot of people said changing sound output to 24bit 48hz would fix it. It still happens. What do I do?

Edit- I thought it important to note that I do have a few mods installed.

-Become King of Riverhelm
-JSwords
-Riverwood House test
-Saviik City
-Ysolda Alternate

edit2- After disabling all mods it works fine. Going to try to narrow it down. Sorry for the post before trying this.
