So much false information and people being upset with Gamestop. First of all, it's a PC game. Nobody takes PC games returns anymore. Also it's a Steam game, that has been activated. So there is no way he can take it back. Also the store doesn't have any other CE to give exchange it anyways, so not much they can do. Now maybe if this was a 360 or PS3, he could have gotten a credit back but being a Steam PC game nothing can be done.
Can't blame Gamespot really, might as well blame Steam then. Only recourse the person really has is small claims court. Yes he bought a defective product (hehe not the game but the stature

) so the store should be giving a refund or credit of some sort. So instead of saying "I am pissed or would be pissed at Gamestop" you should really beging out solutions. I don't think anything really can be done.
If you can, hopefully Gstaff will be able to help you out. He is the only person on the forums I know of who helps people on the forums when they have problems. Hopefully he reads this and will be able to tell you what your options are .
Also is it PVC? I thought that is what it's suppose to be made out of. From collecting Games Workshop minitures, I usually have to glue everything. Is this fixable? Yes I know that is not what you want espically since you paid over $150 for this. Since you will not get your money back, lets try to make the best of it.
Good luck, I really feel for you.
