does anybody know or when the newer game guide will be out? or is dragonborn the last dlc and there going to wait till the GOTY edtion comes out? before bringing out a new game guide for skyrim.

Game guides are usually available on release day, and rarely re-released for DLCs until all of them have come out.

A new game guide was already released to include Dawnguard and Hearthfire. Additionally, Shivering Isles had its own game guide. Double additionally, the new game guide for Skyrim is WAY too damn big to add another expansion. Chances are Dragonborn will either get its own guide, or nothing at all.
