They need to have an on and off switch for dragons when you beat the game because im tired of doing something and the a freakin dragon comes out of no where at the very wrong time, i have 157 dragon souls... its annoying.

There's one at the beginning of the game. It's called the Dragonstone. Give it to the court wizard in Whiterun, and the dragons start coming. And no way to stop them that I know of.
