It doesn't matter the weapon, but whenever I dual wield both my left hand attack and my dual weapon attack are super slow motion. Its annoying because while I'm swinging in super slow motion my enemies are attacking me at normal speed and I cant move or anything. I've tried everything I know to fix this and nothing is working.

I DID try it on another save, however, and dual wield attacks worked normally, so it isn't my game just the character. I checked my active effects and I didn't see anything relevant to attacking. Any idea what this could be from and how can I fix it?

I have the same problem, but also lack any reply yet. It seems as if One-Handed level 70 causes this problem as a save game where I was under that level seems to do fine. I am going to start a different save game until its fixed, should be an easy fix. Whenever I use the fast weapon speed dragon shout it seems fixed for a second.
