Skyrim ENB bug (complete white screen when camera moves)

I'm using Superb ENB and have a major problem. It seems the Superb creator abandoned the project, or doesn't answer comments. I asked a week ago, and he hasn't commented at all. It is only ENB that has done this to me. Even though I used BOSS in my load order, and followed the directions to a T. I'm no noob when it comes to mods. And its only ENB I've ever had a problem with. Superb runs the best for me with ENB (get 30-40 FPS on average, every other ENB I've used for Skyrim lowers it to 10-20) and I really like the effect it has on the game.

However...if I move the camera AT ALL...my entire screen goes completely white. I can't see anything.

BUT...if I move my character with WASD...the game is fine. It is only when moved with the mouse.

I did BOSS and then manually redid a few mods it didn't do, or that I prefer on bottom. I did the correct ini tweaks and everything...again...100% followed the instructions.

Why does my screen go completely white with Superb ENB if I move the camera? Again, no other ENB I've used as ever done this. Which is a shame, because every other ENB I've tried is a performance hog. Superb actually lets the game still be playable and look awesome. Its just Superb. I have the proper d3d9 dll, the one it recommended and I even tried a newer one. Both exact same problem. The problem however goes away if I remove the .dll, but then the mod doesn't really work correctly.

I know its probably better to ask on the Superb mod page...but he doesn't actually answer any of the questions or at least, didn't answer my problem. So here I am.
