here http://www.sureai.de/development/resources/ there is a downloadable version of restricted skyrim.esm without worldspaces and other things. It would be very useful but it eliminates even random actors like bandits ecc that can be useful.
Are there other versions of this file with all the actors (at least the random ones)?
or alternatively how can I create one by myself? Do I just need to copy my original skyrim.esm and open it in CK with version control and an esp to remove all unwanted files and then merge tha changes into skyrim.esm or are there other procedures to do that I don't know?
