Has Skyrim frozen on anyone else?

It froze on me twice in the first 30 minutes!

First i was killing a stormcloak in the introductory quest and i was shock spelling him and then it just froze, i couldnt even get to the xbox dashboard. Then right when you get out into Skyrim for the first time and you see the dragon flying away i talked to the guy and then i was stuck in the dialogue where you cant walk and it wouldnt let me out.

Has anyone else had problems like these?

I tried to save my game... has not worked since so yeah kinda had a few problems.

Last night I played an hour and a half without a hiccup...knock on wood.
