Right I don't know if its only me but I wanted to bring this to your attention that i have all the word of power for the Shout 'Fus Ro Dah' but when i use the shout the character only says 'Rrr Dah' for some odd reason.
Please help me...

I noticed the same thing when I played too I never heard my character say 'fus'.

Nevermind that, sometimes it doesn't even work when I press the trigger.

+1 here. Exact same problem and it has been present in the game since it was released, it's not patch related. Same with the textures bug reported by another exasperated player in another thread, I suffer from that as well.

I thought I had this same problem too, but you need to 'load' the shout.

In other words, keep the button pressed down for a second then release, then you should get the full FUS RO DAH!
