Skyrim has claimed the lives of two more friend's PS3's

Isn't it obvious? The PS3 can't handle the bull sh*t that Bethesda produced.

I claim the game is broken for many, not all, as some are obviously playing without issues. In another thread you just agreed the game is broken for some as well. Again, if you are not having problems with the game, kindly stop stepping on the people who are.

I am stepping on no one. If you think my posts are insulting please understand I am not angry with anyone. I am simply trying to help people understand that the game is not broken. Anger is clouding understanding however, so I think I will just drop it. I get frustrated myself when I see people telling others "You should not play the game, you will have problems... you will lag and your PS3 will blow up!" Some people may have problems, some people may not be able to play, but these statements people are making sound like everyone is going to be buying a coaster. It is simply not true.

I won't bother anymore, as you have suggested. No one seems to understand anyhow, so I will just go back to commenting on bugs.

I only believe people should be aware they will be spending $60+ on a game with a 50/50 chance of working.

Not a chance.

The only problem is the freezing of a game and if you don't do the safe power down.

What's the safe way to power down the PS3 if it's frozen? Usually I just click the power button...

Hold down the power button, or eject the disc. I've never turned the power off on the rear panel before.

Zidane, I am closing this thread. To claim a game disk - any game disk - will break a console is wrong. Sorry. The only time we ever seen this particular fallacy is when people are upset in general. I've seen the argument also lobbed at other games breaking the xbox console as well, and it is equally not true then either.

I'm trying to work with some of you guys, as you well know. Most of you guys are smart and knowledgeable, so think about this stuff before you go all PS3 conspiracy dance party. Appliances mess up sometimes.
