Skyrim Hearthfire Questions

Post » Mon Sep 10, 2012 3:38 am

I really wish to buy Hearthfire, and I have a few questions.

1) Am I allowed to buy Hearthfire using a Silver-Account?

2) How do I install Hearthfire to my Xbox 360 WITHOUT Xbox Live?

3) How can I sign into my Silver-Account on my Xbox 360 WITHOUT Xbox Live?

4) Does Hearthfire contain a Redeem-Code, or whatever?

5) What type of new character should I make, if I purchase Hearthfire?

6) What plot of land do you suggest for me to buy(May Contain Spoiler)?

Isn't there like a Xbox 360 Gold Account Trial going on right now or whatever? If so, how do I switch my Silver to the trial?

1) Yes (I believe) but you must be connected to xbox live.

2) You can't install it without xbox live, you have to be connected to xbox live where you purchase it from the xbox live marketplace.

3) What? You sign into your account by clicking your profile and signing in it doesn't matter if you're connected to xbox live or not, your account is still silver but you wont be able to purchase anything if your currently not connected.

4) I'm pretty sure there's no redeem code for Hearthfire, you just purchase it with MP.

Correct.

Its really easy though and you dont need a gold account, just microsoft points and to connect your xbox to the internet.
You can use the cable that connects your pc to the internet for that.
Just take it out of the pc and put it in the xbox.
Youll prolly have to make an account first.

Then its simply a matter of purchasing the DLC for microsoft points, I get em via a pre-paid card bought at a gaming store.
