So, when I first downloaded the high resolution DLC for my old laptop, It turned out my computer couldn't handle it, so I unmarked it in my data files (because I couldn't uninstall it).
But after I bought a new computer, I wanted to download the new DLC again, because my computer is now much better and will be able to handle it.
But the DLC is not in my data files anymore. And when I take a look at the steam page of the DLC, it says that I've already downloaded it . So is there a way to reinstall the DLC?

You need to DL the whole game and Steam will also install the DLC. I just did this on my new computer.

You should just be able to verify the files via Steam and it will redownload them, I believe.
