I'd love a battlehorn castle/ frostcrag spire/ thieves den/ vile lair type DLC. DLC doesn't have to be massive content to be good.

No, not at all. I want extra housing as just part of an expansion.

Yeah, armor displays would be pretty cool. I have a lot of unique pieces of armor just sitting in a chest right now and I would love to be able to display them.

Id like various types of housing, from a large castle with a long tropy room, lined with armor display cases, to a small farm house with crops to tend.

I want to be able to have my own house in the wilderness like it is my secret liar, and it has safe containers. The way you could upgrade it is by some kind of magic spell that was put on the house.

There should definitley be a Housing DLC. I mean, come on, people, let's face it: Housing is pretty bad/lackluster in Skyrim, and it is declining. If Bethesda keeps this up, we're going to suffer a great Elder Scrolls Recession.

I think something like the Oblivion style housing that was seen, as some other people have said. Also, some more houses in towns. I'm kinda disappointed with the housing option

I'd like to see NPCs offer their house for sale, maybe when you enter their home when they're there. (grammer lesson <=)

Maybe they want to move somewhere else, or they need the money.... Or you just have to do a quest, like save their daughter from bandits or find their goat. ;)

I'd like to be able to pick my home from the many beautiful ones already in existence.

oddly enough I had a dream a couple of days ago where we got a cheap dlc that was called dragonborn hold.
A small castle with forge as well as other crafting stations, small herb garden within the castle grounds, archery butts and stable.
Just outside the walls is a couple of farms and a tavern and a mill and a few homes, about as many as in dragonsbridge. You have a small garrison of soldiers and the people pay you taxes. Also you got to design your own embellem from a few different designs foreground, mid and background and it was displayed on the pennetts fluttering in the wind on your castle walls.

It was the coolest DLC i'd ever seen..shame it was only a dream.

Absolutely. Personally I wouldn't mind if it was simple or complex in nature. For example as others stated I would certainly like a possibly a fort/mansion with a nice trophy room where I can store maybe dragon bones / scales / skulls tusks pelts etc. Along with displaying my armor etc more weapon racks. Along with this fort/mansion I wouldn't mind being able to employee members almost into my own "court." In a sense I feel it would be pretty awesome to establish a rule for myself not really as a Jarl, but some form of vassal possibly in which I have housecarls, stewards, my own court mage / alchemist and maybe a courier who fetches latest rumors/bounties from cities.

To sum things up yes more housing options would be pretty amazing, I mean after all we are dragon born basically one of the biggest honored titles in all the land.

Yes, but not the Battlehorn castle-style DLC like we had in Oblivion. Give us the option to build our own houses - in the smaller cities, villages, and out in the wilderness. I'd love to live in Riverwood, or Dragon's Bridge, or just out in the wilderness in the Rift.

This is an absolute MUST for DLC, idc if it's in the huge dlc release they have planned, or if it's it's own content all together, if it's not incorporated somehow I'll probably not play for as long as I intended too. Im already on a Skyrim Hiatus since I got Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning, been waiting for DLC announcement for Skyrim to get back into it.

I want the ability to BUILD my own home, tower, fortress, shack, cabin, cave, or ruins. I want to be able to upgrade whatever Im able to build, maybe even the ability to have our own shop in each city or something, that'd be bad ass. I know it isn't realistic to have the ability to build ALL of these, but if it's narrowed down to one, give us variety, if we can build a home, give us different architecture styles to chose from even if it's just 3 or 4, it's better than one preset option. Give us the ability to chose one story, two story, basemant or no basemant, let us add forges, alchemy stations, enchanting tables, statues (since placing them urself is near impossible), maybe even let us add a shrine devoted to our god in the game (if u have one).

- I want more furnishing options, better furniture, it looks exactly the same in 90% of the land, how bout the ability to have stone furniture, or wood furniture, maybe an animal rug or two?
- The option to add/take away weapon/armor displays like plaques, mannequins, and sword racks.
- More displays. As it stand 3/4 of the time I try and place trophies and unique items, or just stuff I want in my home, Ill spend 20-30 minutes setting it up, then come back and find it ALL OVER THE PLACE. Ive tried the drop, leave, come back and set it up thing and it works 1/10 times for me, usually having me waste an hour or two just to fill a table with potions. Maybe give us some better spaces to display items like potions, and oddities we find around the world like skulls, balbus fork, etc.

there so much that could be done with this, it'll be a tragedy if it doesn't come to fruition, cuz 101% of the community has sounded off on this topic since a couple weeks after it's release on 11-11-11, and to ignore all of us would be a HUGE misstep on there part. However I will say, if it's going to be as limited, and dismal as the in game options we have now, I wouldn't even bother attempting it, the reason we all want these options is because what we have right now just doesn't cut it. I want Frostcrag Spire x 10 :)

I would like more houses in skyrim, but if dlc's like a whole different area, who knows if you can travel back over to it,
But where would the houses be?

Cheers

I would like to be able to build my own house and be able to have lots of mannequins and weapon racks, display cases, and more space to display trophies and cool things that I have found. It would be great to have the option to choose from different house plans and just have basic furniture, but lots of empty space to decorate the way I want. Let the dining room table be empty so that I can place the beautiful bowls, dishes, and food that I have gathered myself. Just have the basic shelves, tables, wardrobes, etc. empty. I realize that I can remove items that are already in my houses as it is, and do this, but it is not the same as starting from scratch. Also, let me be able to build it in the wilderness as others have said. There are so many beautiful places to live other than in a city. I know that I can live in one of the shacks now, but I am leery of placing and storing any treasures in them for fear of coming back to find them all gone. I also would like to be able to have all crafting stations including smelter and blacksmith equipment. Oh, yeah, and an herb garden and chickens with nests. I would actually buy every single DLC that they can offer with these options. I play on Xbox, so I can't get mods.
