Skyrim malefemale size mod Requesting mod to change sizes of : V

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there was such a mod that would allow a difference in size between males and females in the Skyrim universe. I wanted to try something different and make amazons therefore I wanted the female gender to be larger than males by probably a head and if possible, have the female race have slightly higher attributes due to their larger size if that's possible.

My main interest is if there is a mod that will adjust the size of all based on gender. So gender scaling if it's possible. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

What inspired me to want such a mod was based off of the following mod from the Steam Workshop

Gender & Race Heights II REVERSED

Does anyone have a clue how you're able to adjusted the entire size of a gender and race such as the title above? I'm also new and never modded before so any help learning how to use the Creation Kit would be deeply appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
