S-I-G-H! I don't know why...but my quest list in Skyrim is wacked.

1. I have spent many weeks collecting 10 Fire Salts for a blacksmith. Now that I have them...the miscelaneous quest has disappeared. NO, I did not give them to the blacksmith...I still have 10 Fire Salts?
2. I completed Thieves Guild quest "The Fishing Job". It took several attemps but I got it done. When I gave the required item to Delvin, he said he would not pay me because he thought I was arrested and jailed for this???
3. "Find Rjorn's Drum". Completed and given to the Bard's College. It refuses to go away from my list.
4. "Collect Bounty From Skald". Completed...it is still listed as an active quest item.
5. "Clear Redbelly Mine of Spiders". No such place as "Redbelly Mine" seems to exist?
6. "Speak to Verlus about the Hall of the Dead". Again...been there, done that but it still appears in my list. If I speak to Verlus...he has nothing to offer.

Can somebody explain why this is so screwed up?

1; Never heard of this glitch at all, Ive done this quest on 7 characters with no problems
2; If you pay bounties off or get caught in the act it counts as a fail.
3; Known issue with quest items not leaving the players inventory
4; Known issue with Skal radiant quests
5; Redbelly mine is right next to the town of Shor's Stone where you get the quest, you missed it completely. Its not marked on the map as its part of the town.
6; Never heard of that one either, Verlus always completes properly for me
