But have any officials said that we can expect a The Elder Scrolls VI?

Just thought it was a bold move to make The Elder Scrolls Online as if it turns really bad, might hurt the franchise\brand\name?
And if they are willing to have some other company within the same company take that risk, perhaps they are not planning on any future VI?

A lot of People Said this when Oblivion was released.

It's gonna be on next-gen consoles, I don't see why they wouldn't give that technology a try with the world of TES.

This will not be the last, given the tremendous buildup towards confrontation with the Dominion, as well as the profitability of the series. I would hardly consider a list of games on any website, even the developer's, to be proof of anything other than what games they've released. It is a very simple matter for them to add games to that list in any way they see fit. As Guard said, they'll likely wait for the next iteration of consoles, since they're outdated by about 7 years and really limit the potential of games.
