@DCDeacon Hello you said before the game will be unlock at 00:01 am in all time zone. but the french steam says that at 10:00 am.

My Skyrim's unlocking at midnight, and i'm in Brazil.
I'm placing my bets on a local time unlock.

What does it take to get this through peoples brains? You live in Brazil, you will be unlocking at the same time as the rest of North and South America. Which will be -5 GMT, Brazil is in -5 GMT, -4 GMT and -3 GMT. So if you live in the small area that is on -5 GMT then YES you will unlock at 12AM GMT. This all depends if you observe daylight savings time or not in your region of Brazil also.

What time will it unlock Central time (Texas)? it is currently 6:39 p.m. now

I'm in Central Texas, and my Steam Counter says 1 Day, 5 Hours. It's 7:03 pm here.

Edit: Since it turned 7, I refreshed my Steam Counter and it says 1 Day, 4 Hours now. So it would be 11pm on the 10th when the game will be available, I assume.

I'm not interested in statements from random people, I was asking for reliable sources. So far all I've seen is a twitter message saying that it is unlocked at 12est worldwide.

As an aussie it says it unlocks in 11 hours for us. Its 1pm now. I dont get to play it until late friday night anyway so it doesnt effect me.

My Skyrim is unlocking in 10 hours from now so it seems like between 9am-10am eastern time.

Midnight on the 11th. Which would already be the 12th.
