I dont believe I ever heard of this one. I have gone thru the admin portion looking for any clues here. I have hard copy, and loaded the game thru Steam as it wants to do. Also have Civ V so not new to steam. I have NO shortcuts for Skyrim on desktop nor in Start/programs. Cannot access game except through Steam icon hidden in toolbar. Also cannot find Bethesda/Skyrim in any directory to drop a mod. I have the "no Blood" mod. I CAN find Skyrim in my Documents folder though. Familiar with the process from Oblivion and Morrowind .

Anyone who maybe could steer me in the right direction?

Also, I find my character having black square icons with tiny flames inside them anytime he takes a flame hit. They are so numerous I cant see him to do battle moves very well. Sounds like a transparency issue?
